All About Behavior is a locally based, family-owned company started in 2010 specializing in providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals on the autism spectrum. Our services are delivered out of our CLINIC located in Kailua on the island of Oahu. School based services are only provided for children transitioning out of our program. We have a spacious clinic providing a variety of activities to make learning fun for our staff and learners. 

We are seeking energetic and fun individuals who are willing to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to fulfill our full-time (about 30hrs-40hrs a week)

This is an ideal opportunity for an outgoing, energetic and responsible individual interested in working within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals with autism. BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

  • Training rate is $20 an hour.
  • Training rate for those already certified as an RBT is $25.00 an hour
  • RBT pay rate is $25.00 - $35.00 an hour.
  • Once credentialed, RBTs are guaranteed their work hours. If your clients call out, we will either have you sub on a case or provide office work. 
  • Begin accruing paid days off as soon as you are credentialed as an RBT.
  • Vacation and sick days 
  • 6 paid holidays a year, and paid birthday
  • “Winter Break” Company-wide PAID week vacation near the holidays to allow time to travel to see loved ones.
  • 401K Plan. We always contribute 3% even if you don't.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS

  • Implement treatment plans according to BACB guidelines and Ethical Guidelines described by BACB
  • Provide one-on-one instruction to the learners
  • Follow the learner’s individual treatment and behavior plan
  • Deliver Applied Behavior Analytical strategies to the learner as designed by the team supervisor
  • Keep daily data collection of implementations of behavior services and strategies
  • Input raw data on google sheets, precision x 
  • Successfully implement supervisor's changes in learner's program
  • Refer to your supervisor whenever any concerns, or questions regarding the learner’s treatment plan arise (RBT concerns and/or parent’
  • Ability to present differing points to the team without in a professional manner
  • Work as a team to ensure comprehensive care 
JOB REQUIREMENT FOR BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS

  • RBT certification and maintain RBT certification - Annually
  • CPR or BLS certification and maintain CPR or BLS certification
  • TB clearance – Annually
  • Provider Credentialing Documents Current as outlined in Handbook
  • Physical Ability to pick up/lift kids (60lbs), get up from the floor quickly, run around with kids, etc.
  • 10-year background check federal and state
  • Random Drug Screening
  • HIPAA training and Maintain HIPAA training and Act in compliance with all HIPAA regulations
  • Be at work with the learner at the designated time 
  • Agree and abide by the principles, policies and other guidelines provided by AAB
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings and training workshops as assigned
